Almost no progress today...

I guess it's something that's going to happen at the beginning of these large complex project, but I've spent the whole day trying to understand documentation, working with CC support (in the person of Mitch Travis), and generally F!@#ing up the few parts I touched. So far, managed to get through page 6... if I had any hair, I'd pull it out!
