Mixing it up... Steps 27, 28 while waiting for parts

Since I still don't have the various tidbits for the trammeling
process, Mitch suggested I move on to step 27 and 28; I positioned,
match drilled and celcoed the spar reinforcement strip onto the rear
spar.
