Over the last week, while snowboarding, waiting for parts, and dealing with kids, I managed to attach the pitot bracket, the remote compass mount, riveted all flush rivets in spar cap on rib 5, and finally, drilled, placed, glued and attached the wing tip. Today, I hope to get a uhaul 26' truck and take the wing over the hill to the airport. Next week I'm scheduled to receive the fuselage, and travel down to Western Skyways, in Montrose, Colorado, to build the engine. The engine will be an ECI parts, new, O-340, which is basically an 0-320 ported to a 340, with around 185 hp.
